Welcome to DashoContent's Unlimited Content Offer. This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) governing the use of our services under this offer. By subscribing, you agree to these T&Cs, forming a binding legal agreement between you (the "Subscriber") and DashoContent.

2. Definition of Services

The "Unlimited Content" offer includes producing various content types, specifically text and graphic content, tailored to your brand needs. This service excludes video production, extensive research projects, technical writing, copyediting, or other digital marketing services requiring specialized expertise. These services can be requested separately with additional fees.

• Content Request Specifications:
  • Content requests can be queued by the Subscriber according to priority.
  • One ongoing content request will be worked on until completed.
  • The next queued content request will be worked on next.
  • Additional 1-day delivery for every graphic request beyond 1x1 image.
  • Additional 1-day delivery for every text copy request beyond 250 words.
  • Additional delivery days based on complexity.
  • One theme/topic per request.
  • One platform target per request.

3. Subscription Terms

• Plans and Pricing: Subscribers can choose from different subscription plans as detailed on our pricing page.
• Payment Terms: Payments are due monthly, with options for credit card billing.
• Subscription Changes: Subscribers may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their plans with notice per our website guidelines.
• Subscription Pause: Subscribers can pause their subscription for up to 2 weeks. Pauses beyond 2 weeks or the next renewal of their subscription, whichever comes first, will result in automatic cancellation.

4. Content Request and Delivery Process

• Submitting Requests: Requests can be submitted through our designated platform. Subscriber must complete a content brief to detail their content request.
• Turnaround Time: The average delivery time is outlined in each plan, subject to the complexity and nature of the request.
• Request Limitation: Only one active request is permissible at a time per subscription, ensuring balanced workload management.

5. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

• Revision Request Window: Revisions can be requested anytime after submitting the content. Any ongoing request will be returned to the queue, and revisions will be prioritized as the new ongoing request.
• Ongoing Requests: Revision requests made after submission are considered new, ongoing requests and will count towards the one active request limitation.
